New Equipment Parts Warranty
Covers commercial espresso machines, brewers, and grinders. This warranty provides replacement parts for defects in materials or workmanship for up to 12 months from the purchase date. For extended coverage, please refer to the manufacturer’s specific warranty plans listed below, where available.

Renewed/ Refurbished Equipment Parts Warranty
Applies to equipment refurbished by Bean & Brew Technologies. This warranty covers defective parts for up to 12 months from the purchase date, ensuring your renewed equipment performs like new.

What’s Covered?

  • Defective Parts: This warranty covers parts required to repair defects in materials or workmanship. Bean & Brew Technologies will supply replacement parts determined to be defective.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
    • Accidental Damage: Including but not limited to drops, impacts, or water damage caused by user error.
    • Improper Use or Storage: Using equipment in ways not intended by the manufacturer, neglecting maintenance, using unfiltered water, or operating without adequate water or incorrect installation.
    • Consumable Parts: Items such as group head gaskets, shower screens, and other wear-and-tear components are not included.
    • Unauthorized Repairs: Costs resulting from repairs by non-authorized personnel are not covered.
    • Acts of God: Damage from power surges, outages, fires, or natural disasters is excluded.
