Standard Warranty Covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Extended Warranty Includes free installation, covers labor costs for 12 months, and provides replacement of defective parts for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. 30-Day Return Policy Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to inspection. Any discrepancies may result in deductions. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brewing equipment, and grinders, covering inspection, setup/testing, and restocking.
