Warranty & Returns

Defective parts are covered for up to 2 years from the purchase date. 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Equipment must be returned in its original condition for inspection; any discrepancies may result in deductions. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brewing equipment, and grinders to cover inspection, setup/testing, and restocking. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our New Jersey facility, including any associated expenses.
