Shipping Policy and Exclusions

Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote areas.

For commercial espresso machines shipped via freight to residential addresses, an extra fee is required. If this option is not selected during checkout, we may apply the fee retroactively.

International Shipping
Freight shipments for international orders will be quoted after the order is placed. These orders will be shipped once all charges are invoiced and paid. For smaller packages, shipping costs can be quoted at checkout.

Shipping Times
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 weeks. Below is a summary of typical shipping timelines:

  • New Espresso Machines and Commercial Equipment:
    In-stock items are usually bench tested, packed, and shipped within one week. Delivery generally takes an additional week. For the most accurate estimates, please refer to the product page. Freight shipping for espresso machines may take up to a week.

  • Renewed Espresso Machines:
    Typically shipped within one week. As these also ship via freight, delivery may take up to a week within the U.S. International shipping may require additional time due to customs and scheduling.

  • Backordered or Custom Equipment:
    Items that are backordered or made-to-order may have longer lead times, as indicated on the product page. If an item marked as in-stock is actually on backorder, we will contact you promptly with a delivery estimate. You may choose to proceed or cancel for a refund in line with our cancellation policy.

  • All Other Products:
    Generally, these items ship the next business day unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.


30-Day Return Policy

Standard Returns:
Returns are accepted if initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original condition based on our inspection. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brewers, and grinders. This fee covers inspection, testing, and restocking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent to our facility in New Jersey.


Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Cancellations for orders over $300 will incur a 4% convenience fee to cover payment processing costs. Orders already shipped will follow the Standard Return policy.

  • Special Orders: Custom orders, including parts, color customizations, and Kees Van Der Westen products, cannot be canceled once placed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 2 days of receipt.

  • Before signing: Inspect the package and note any visible damage with the carrier.
  • Contact Us: Call or email us immediately. Retain all original packaging and labels for inspection.

Product Issues Within 30 Days

Eligibility for Repair or Replacement:
Products that malfunction within 30 days of receipt are eligible for repair or replacement as outlined below:

  • Home Segment Products (Under $3,500):
    Most issues can be resolved easily. If not, these products may be eligible for replacement after approval by one of our technicians.

  • Commercial Segment Products (Over $3,500):
    Eligible for repair by a local technician appointed by us or at our facility. If we choose to repair the product, we will cover shipping costs both ways.

    • Note: We do not send out brand new replacements for commercial or prosumer products above $3,500. If you wish to return such items for a refund, the Standard Return policy applies.
