Defective parts are covered for up to 12 months from the purchase date. 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to inspection. Any discrepancies may result in deductions. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brewing equipment, and grinders to cover inspection, setup/testing, and restocking.
